Peruvian Pima Cotton

Grown in the coastal valleys of Peru, Peruvian Pima cotton is widely regarded as one of the finest cotton varieties in the world.  Known for its exceptional softness, strength, and durability, Peruvian Pima is handpicked rather than machine-harvested, resulting in smoother, stronger yarns that resist pilling and maintain their quality over time.

Low Impact Dyes

Available in black, white, cedar, and steel colourways, these pieces are dyed using low-impact natural Peruvian techniques with pigments sourced from indigenous plants and minerals.  Low-impact dyes use less water thanks to their higher absorption rate and are free from heavy metals and toxic chemicals.

The Vicuna and Avocado tees are completely undyed, showcasing the natural colour of Pakucho cotton — hand-picked native cotton grown in the northern desert regions of Peru. The Vicuna tee features the cotton’s natural warm brown tone, while the Avocado tee has a unique brown-green hue. Neither tee is bleached or treated with additional colouring.

Ethical and Faitrade

In partnership with Peruvian coastal desert farmers, and Amazonian Indigenous communities, fair livelihoods are supported while reviving heirloom organic cotton cultivation and traditional natural dyeing practices.

Workers are paid fair living wages and work reasonable hours in safe, hygienic conditions.
