• 🇳🇿 New Zealand Orders: Enjoy our 100% Risk-Free Home Fitting Trial for up to 5 items per order. Email us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a free NZ Post courier pickup from your home or workplace.

• 🇦🇺 Australian Orders: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Reach out to our concierge team via email, and we will personally guide you through the return steps.

• ⚠️ The Core Rule: All returns must be unworn, unaltered.  If the tag is cut, removed, or tampered with, the item is strictly non-refundable.
