Returns Policy

We understand that buying before trying doesn’t always work out. That’s why we offer hassle-free, risk-free returns. If your item isn’t the perfect fit, simply send it back for a full refund — all we ask is that you cover the shipping costs.

1. Email augustpreloved@gmail.com withing 48 hours of receiving your product.

2. Return the product in the same condition as it was received withing 7 days of receiving parcel.  If the item is BNWT (brand new with tags) tags still need to be intact and attached.  We recommend packages are couriered via track and trace, as we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund back to your original payment method.  Please note that Afterpay purchases may incur Afterpay fees.  If a discount code was used, you will be refunded the amount paid after the discount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
