Returns Policy

Purchasing online can be daunting, especially when it comes to preloved.  Without being able to try before you buy, we get that you and your purchase may not be a perfect match.  This is why we offer hassle-free returns, providing full store credit for next time.  Simply cover the shipping costs.  

1. Email augustpreloved@gmail.com withing 48 hours of receiving product.

2. Return the product in the same condition as it was received withing 7 days of receiving parcel.  If the item is BNWT (brand new with tags) tags still need to be intact and attached.  We recommend packages are couriered via track and trace, as we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.

3. Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect and then approve your store credit for the full price of the item that you paid for.  If you paid for the product with a discount code, you will be credited for the true amount that you paid for.  Original shipping cost are non-refundable.

4. Store credit will not expire, and can be used at any time.
