One New Zealand designer whose eclectic styles have seen decades of favour from Kiwi women is Ricochet. Conceived in 1993, Ricochet is known for Japanese-inspired tailoring, art and youth zeitgeists, and a touch of androgyny.

This glamourous mustard midi dress is actually far from androgenous. Floaty, feminine, with full sleeves elasticated at the wrist, and a tie at the neck, she's wonderful for swanning about, martini in hand, all class.
